WHS Track Girls & Boys Finish 3rd & 5th Respectively @ Clearwater Friday

The WHS Varsity Track Squad was on the road to Clearwater on Friday the 24th - Mother Nature cooperated and weather never became an issue like forecasters suggested. Here are the team and individual results for the Crusaders and Lady Crusaders - next action will be this coming Friday - HERE, beginning @ 3:00PM at the track behind WMS. Congrats to the team for some fine performances in Clearwater - here's an overview:

Lindsey Nicole Blansett hearing continued until May 14

Lindsey Nicole Blansett appeared in Sumner County Court Thursday.

Lindsey, who goes by her middle name of Nicole appeared in court for a hearing regarding her mental competency.  She was in court briefly for the hearing that has now been rescheduled to be held in Sumner County District Court, by request of her attorney, Michael Brown.

Additional USD 353 Special BOE Meetings Scheduled

USD 353 Superintendent Rick Weiss indicated today that additional BOE Special Meetings to discuss non-elected personnel have been scheduled. The most recent was held last evening, Monday, April 20th. Meetings will continue (5PM @ 221 S. Washington) on the following dates as well:
