How do I start to setup e-mail?

If using Microsoft's Outlook Express 6...

1.  Click on the "OUTLOOK EXPRESS" icon to open the program

2.  On the toolbar, click on "TOOLS", then "ACCOUNTS"

3.  Next, click on the "MAIL" tab, select "ADD", choose "MAIL"

4.  Continue answering questions until complete.

POP3 (Incoming Mail) =  pop.iwinfield.net

What does it mean when my modem can't detect a phone line?

The phone cord coming from the wall jack is plugged into the wrong port of the computer - Try the other modem port (sometimes listed as "LINE").

The computer software drivers don't match your modem type - Reload the correct modem driver for your modem type.

The modem has been damaged due to lightning. - Requires modem to be replaced.

When I try to connect, it keeps asking me for a LOGIN and PASSWORD?

Try re-typing your LOGIN and PASSWORD, paying close attention to upper and lower case letters.

If your bill has not been paid, the system automatically disables your account until payment is received.
